Integrated LED wall at the back of the hall, always included in the venue rental, for video content, light scenography, logos and live vision mixing. It replaces screens and projectors and stays readable with the lights on.

Layouts and technical facilities
A single column-free hall of about 20.86 x 17.80 metres on the first floor, fully reconfigurable: theatre, banquet, bar island or open floor. Here are capacities, facilities and the official floor plans to share with your event manager.
Ample parking
No need to hunt for a spot: an ample car park is available to guests, with easy, direct access to the venue — comfortable even for large events.
Technical facilities
Everything a convention, gala dinner or product launch needs is already built into the venue — no technical set-up to rebuild from scratch.
Soundproofed hall
Acoustic insulation allows live music and DJ sets without disturbing the surroundings, so events can carry on into the late evening.
Distributed speakers
Sound distributed across the whole hall: crisp speech for talks and conferences, balanced music for dinners and parties, with no dead zones.
Cocktail bar
Fully equipped counter for aperitifs, open bar and mixology. Plan 07 features a central 4.50 x 6.00 m bar island to build guest flow around.
Pool
Outdoor area with a pool: a scenographic feature for summer events, shoots and private parties by the water.
Service kitchen
Cooking pantry and oven dedicated to catering, with direct access to the hall for fast, discreet service.
Meeting room and foyer
Entrance foyer for welcome and cloakroom, meeting room for briefings, backstage or private conversations during the event.
Two terraces
Terrace 1 of 7.20 x 3.10 m and Terrace 2 of 4.06 x 3.75 m for welcome coffee, breaks and outdoor aperitifs.
Lift and plant room
Lift access to the first floor, dedicated plant room (2.80 m height) and separate men's and women's restrooms.
